If you are not satisfied with software/website/web app/mobile app purchased directly from webindexsolution.com, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued unless the transaction was subject to a fraudulent purchase.
All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable. If you are issued a refund, it should appear on your credit card statement within 72 hours. Upon receiving your refund you must uninstall and stop using any software/website/mobile app/web app for which you no longer posses a valid, purchased license. Web Index Solution reserves the right to disable/remove any product keys/serial numbers/website files/mobile app issued to you for the refunded products.
